Cigna Healthcare supports Endeavor Health Swedish Hospital’s Family Connects Chicago program

The Swedish Hospital Foundation thanks Cigna Healthcare for its impactful donation to Family Connects Chicago at Swedish Hospital, a personalized at-home support program for patients of Swedish Hospital’s Family Birthing Center. This program, in collaboration with the Chicago Department of Public Health and Family Connects International, offers comprehensive follow-up care to mothers and infants facing high perinatal medical risks, including comprehensive health and wellness checks during home visits, breastfeeding support and guidance on infant care for mothers, connection to vital local services, and health system navigation. In 2025, more than 1,000 mothers and infants benefited from Swedish Hospital’s Family Connects program. We thank Cigna Healthcare for its timely support of this lifesaving program as it continues, always free of charge, in 2026.
